Let me tell you my brief story. As I moved around the first 20 years of my marred life with my active duty military spouse, I lived in Hawaii, Missouri, Michigan, Virginia, and California. I found the most stressful part of the move was finding the “right home to buy”. We had to maintain a good eye for home values and find a home that would be easy to resell in 2-3 years and hopefully make us a profit. A good realtor was definitely a plus and stress reliever in the process. We had no employer backing us up with a buyout if we could not sell. I learned by experience what features/ conditions in the marketplace help you or lose for you!

 

When we finally moved to the DC area 15+ years ago, my husband promised me 5-6 years here, but instead we retired here. This is when I decided to become a Realtor and joined the Top Producer, Bob Graham Team. Bob had built his business around Military Families relocating here for years and had high ethical standards. I promised myself to always be truthful, honest, and do unto others as I would want done to me! I became the Realtor I would have always wanted in our earlier moves. And I still to this day always bring a superior level of service to each client whether they are a buyer, seller, or relocating from in or out of the area!
